Frequently Asked Questions

No, You should be working at the time of submitting your application to meet the employment condition for this public policy.

If you are a refugee claimant and waiting for a decision, you do not have a valid temporary resident status, and therefor, you may not apply under this public policy.

You must establish the intention to live outside Quebec. The onus is on the applicant. For instance, you may have a valid job offer on other provinces and already arranged your move plan, settlement affairs and so on.

You should not submit your documents, unless you are sending a completed application. Given the circumstance of this public policy (such as intake time and program cap), You should be very careful with your application and supporting documents since there may not be a second chance to re-submit.

Once you complete your application, let us review and assess it before submission. This way, We’ll make sure It’s protected against incompleteness, missing signatures and typographical errors

On this plan, we also offer other on-demanded services including but not limited to the representation of your case before immigration authorities.
